Managing who has access to your clinic
The actions described here can only be performed by the clinic manager.
To view who has access to your clinic, in the top bar, click My clinic > General info.
To remove access for an existing practitioner, click on the More icon (three dots), and then click on Revoke access. The badge next to their name will now say Declined.
You will now be able to find the removed practitioner in the Removed members tab. You will also see that the bubble to the right of the practitioner's name has become red and says Declined.
To re-grant access, click on the More icon > Regrant access.
